Mike Flegal

Mike Flegal, CPA, currently serves as Finance Manager for the Roundup Brand at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since January 2023, overseeing the brand's financial operations. Previously, Mike held the role of Finance Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and The Hawthorne Gardening Company, managing teams focused on SG&A FP&A reporting as well as budgeting and forecasting for administrative expenses. Prior to this, Mike gained extensive experience at Deloitte from September 2014 to October 2020, progressing from Audit Staff to Manager, where responsibilities included evaluating internal controls, analyzing accounting systems, and ensuring compliance with audit standards. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Capital University in 2014.
