Connie Hunter has extensive experience in development and leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Development at the Eternal Freedom Foundation of America since May 2010. Previously, Connie held the position of Director of Development at Scottsdale Arts, which was formerly known as the Scottsdale Cultural Council. From August 2018 to June 2020, Connie also contributed to community health as the Chair of the Behavioral Health Advisory Board at Curry Community Health.

Scottsdale Arts (formerly Scottsdale Cultural Council), a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is contracted by the City of Scottsdale, Arizona, to administer certain City arts and cultural projects and to manage the City-owned Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and Scottsdale Public Art Program. The programs of Scottsdale Arts are made possible, in part, by the support of members and donors and grants received from the Arizona Commission on the Arts through appropriations from the Arizona State Legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts.
