Joana Rato

Joana Rato has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role was as an HR and Administrative Support at Scotty Technologies, where they assisted with HR policies, recruitment, and onboarding. Prior to that, they worked as a Social Media Manager at Caetano Auto, overseeing digital marketing campaigns. Joana also gained experience in advertising as a PR & Creative Content Producer at Invisual Branding Solutions, where they developed creative content and managed brands' PR and media strategy. Joana started their career as a Journalist at SIC, where they conducted interviews and wrote news pieces. Additionally, Joana worked as an Internal Communication Assistant at Braga Hospital, supporting internal communications and employee engagement efforts.

Joana Rato completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Instituto Politécnico de Tomar from 2007 to 2011. Afterwards, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Corporate Communication at Porto Business School from 2013 to 2014. In 2018, Joana enrolled at EDIT. - Disruptive Digital Education to further their education and obtain a degree in Digital Marketing & Strategy.
