Jill Campen is a seasoned negotiation coach and consultant currently serving at Scotwork North America since April 2010. As Principal of Campen Group, Inc. since 1995, Jill focuses on performance improvement, executive coaching, leadership, service excellence, and company culture transformation. Previously, Jill held the position of Director of Sales Training at The Longaberger Company, where oversight of an extensive sales and leadership learning management system was key. Jill also served as a Master Facilitator/Coach/Consultant with Master Connection Associates, aiding prestigious clients such as The Ritz Carlton and Disney in leadership and customer service training. Early career experience includes creating Pebble Beach Resorts' inaugural training department. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from UCLA.
