Hannah Osowski is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee experience. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Talent COE at Scoular since May 2021, Hannah leads the enterprise strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Previous roles at Scoular include various HR Manager positions focusing on talent acquisition and employee experience. Before joining Scoular, Hannah held the position of Senior Diversity Recruiting Business Partner - Regional Lead at CBRE, where inclusive recruiting strategies were implemented across the Midwest region. Earlier experience at Conagra Brands involved recruiting and diversity initiatives, emphasizing collaboration with business leaders to enhance team success. Hannah earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
