Tim Manning

Tim Manning is the Chief Legal Officer at Scoular, a $10 billion global food and agriculture business. With more than a decade of experience, they provide strategic legal, risk, and operational guidance to companies, excelling in complex commercial transactions, M&As, litigation, and compliance. At Scoular, Tim leads a team focused on legal support for significant acquisitions and contracts, successfully overseeing over $150 million in transactions. Prior to joining Scoular, Tim held key legal roles at SunOpta and Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp, and served as an adjunct professor of business law. Tim earned a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from St. John's University.
