Michele Underwood

Michele Underwood is an experienced Patient Liaison at Scout Clinical, part of the Meeting Protocol Family, since November 2021. Previously, Michele served as Patient Support at Lackey Free Clinic from October 2016 to October 2021, where multiple roles included advocacy and assistance in enhancing the patient experience. Michele contributed to the Jersey Shore Dream Center from 2012 to 2015, taking on positions such as Advocate, Program Organizer, and Board Member, focusing on outreach for underserved populations in Monmouth County. Additional volunteer experiences include leadership roles with various organizations such as the Girl Scouts and Trenton Area Soup Kitchen from 2000 to 2015. Michele holds a degree from Pillar College.
