Caitlin Keys

Caitlin Keys is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and executive leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of SCOUT since November 2024, Caitlin is focused on transforming talent attraction and job placement. Prior to this role, Caitlin was with Concierge Auctions from November 2015 to October 2024, where responsibilities included Vice President of Business Development, Director of Business Development, and Managing Director for EMEA, specializing in luxury real estate sales at auction. Earlier experience includes roles in property management and project sales at Teton Mountain Lodge and Teton Village Development, as well as positions with Backroads, Explora, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Caitlin holds educational credentials from Colby College and National Cathedral School.
