Aurosource is an AI-native portfolio platform for serious UK landlords and portfolio investors. Scout, the assistant inside it, handles the admin layer - so the time you'd spend reconciling spreadsheets goes back to running the portfolio.

Forward a statement. Drop in a PDF. Ask a question. Scout reads, files, links it to the right property - then keeps watching.

A living picture. Always current.
Every property, every tenancy, every pound in and out - shown as one coherent view. Supported by live data from Land Registry, Companies House, ONS, Bank of England, and council licensing feeds. No dashboards to maintain. No Sunday spreadsheet reconciliation. Just the truth, right now.

Ahead of the thing you hadn't noticed yet.
Scout watches the market while you sleep. Refinance windows opening. Licences expiring. Rent drifting from expected. A nudge when it matters - and nothing the rest of the time.

Who it's for
Built for serious landlords and portfolio investors who want a living picture of the portfolio - current, grounded, and always on. Typically four or more properties. Often held through a limited company. Often a mix of buy-to-let, HMO, and short-let assets.

What makes us credible
Every claim is grounded in authoritative data - not scraped, not approximate. UK-resident data and AI. GDPR compliant by default. We never train on your portfolio.
Built by two founders with experience across banking, accounting, and property investment technology - who know what it takes to build secure, reliable tools.

Where we are
In beta. Free during beta. About a minute to set up - then Scout takes it from there.
