Ashley Burrow

Ashley Burrow is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in proposal management, project leadership, and executive support. Currently serving as an Independent Wine Consultant at Scout & Cellar since November 2020, Ashley has also held significant roles, including Sr. Proposal Manager and Proposal Manager at ROGERCO, Inc., and worked as a Proposal Specialist/Proposal Manager at V2X Inc. after the merger of Zenetex and Vectrus. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Project Manager at MKS2 Technologies and as an Executive Management Assistant at Zenetex, where support was provided to the Naval Postgraduate School's Graduate Education Advancement Center. Ashley began the career at the Naval Postgraduate School as a Management Assistant, specializing in administrative support for senior leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from California State University, Chico.
