Ashley Grosch

Ashley Grosch is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in health and wellness, business leadership, and military service. As the Founder and CEO of The Farm Life since April 2012, Ashley has also contributed to Scout & Cellar as a Founding Member and Director since December 2017. In the realm of wellness, Ashley serves as a Silver Leader with Young Living Essential Oils and previously worked as a Lifestyle Medicine Coach with REBOOT: Mind, Body, Health. Ashley co-founded the Functional Medicine Alliance and practiced as a Functional Medicine Practitioner from 2012 to 2018. Prior military service includes five years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. Ashley's educational background includes degrees and training from prestigious institutions such as the United States Naval Academy, The Kresser Institute for Functional Medicine, and Cornell University, alongside specialized training as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
