Emily (Rich) Dover has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2009, they started their career as a Special Events Assistant at Savannah Christian Preparatory School. Shortly after, they became a Volunteer and Campaign Assistant at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In 2009, they also joined Savannah Music Festival as a Development Services Manager, where they worked until 2013.
In 2012, Emily started their own design business called Emily Dover Designs, specializing in creating invitations, party decor, custom monograms, and commercial vehicle decals.
In 2013, they joined Critz Auto Group as an Executive Assistant to the owner principal. Emily'sresponsibilities included scheduling executive meetings, arranging travel plans, managing social media and reputation, and overseeing charitable contributions and community relations. Emily also designed and maintained the dealership's websites.
Currently, Emily works at Scout & Cellar as a Director. Scout & Cellar sources clean-crafted wines from vineyards worldwide. Emily started in September 2019 and their role involves sourcing wines handpicked by Sarah Shadinox, the founder and level 3 Sommelier.

Emily (Rich) Dover earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Georgia from 2003 to 2005. Subsequently, they attended The University of Georgia from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus in Recreation and Leisure Studies.
