Thiago Lima

Thiago Lima, PMP®, currently serves as Manager of Preconstruction at Scout Clean Energy, leading a team of project engineers in developing construction strategies and coordinating activities for renewable projects across the U.S. Previously, Thiago held the position of Project Manager at Serena, where the first project in the United States was established. With extensive experience at Auren Energia, BP, Siemens, GE Renewable Energy, and ABB, Thiago has successfully overseen various energy sector projects, focusing on hydroelectric plants, renewable markets, and project execution, all while ensuring collaboration among multiple departments. Thiago holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Grenoble INP - Ense3 and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
