Thiago Lima

Thiago Lima is an experienced project and preconstruction manager with expertise in renewable energy and construction strategies. Currently serving as Manager of Preconstruction at Scout Clean Energy since September 2024, Thiago is responsible for resource planning, risk assessment, and project optimization. Previously, as Project Manager at Serena Energy, Thiago led the company’s first project in the U.S., managing budgets, scheduling, and collaboration with engineers and regulators. Additional experience includes project management roles at Votorantim Energia, BP, and SIEMENS, where responsibilities ranged from leading hydroelectric plant projects to managing engineering contracts and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Thiago's career began with an engineering role at GE Renewable Energy and a technical trainee position in electrical engineering, providing a strong foundation in technical and project management skills.
