Troy Monroe is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and design direction. Currently serving as Principal and Creative Director at Scout Collective since March 2015, Troy has previously held significant roles, including Design Director at co:lab inc from December 2007 to March 2015 and Principal at Studio Incognito between 2005 and 2015. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Designer at Outthink, Designer at Group C Inc., and Assistant Art Director at Connecticut Magazine. Troy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication Design from the University of Hartford, earned between 1999 and 2003.
