Alex Gattas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2008 to 2014, Alex worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, starting as a SeaWorld San Diego kitchen Supervisor and then transitioning to the role of SeaWorld San Diego Concession Admin. In 2014, Alex also started working at Ballast Point Brewery as a Bartender. In 2016, Alex joined SeaWorld San Diego as a Warehouse Manager and simultaneously began working at Ballast Point Brewing Company as a Tasting Room Lead. Currently, Alex holds the role of Operations Manager at Scout Distribution, starting in July 2021. Alex previously served as a Warehouse Lead at Scout Distribution from June 2020 to July 2021. Throughout their career, Alex has gained experience in various positions in operations, management, and customer service within the hospitality and distribution sectors.

Alex Gattas completed their education in the field of hospitality. Alex first attended San Diego Mesa College from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Hospitality. Later, in 2013 and 2014, they attended San Diego State University to further specialize in the Business of Craft Beer within the field of Hospitality Administration/Management.
