Kristoffer Bjørnerud Slåttsveen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristoffer Bjørnerud began their career in 2009 as a Montasje/Testing technician at Seabed Geophysical. In 2010, they worked as a Bartender/Servitør at Lillehammer Mikrobryggeri. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Receptionist at Birkebeineren Hotel. In 2012, they became a Mentor at ENT3R, where they helped high school students with mathematics. This role continued until 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Intern at KONGSBERG. Later that year, they joined NTNU as a Teaching Assistant from August to December. From March to June 2015, they worked as a Vitenskapelig Assistent at Institutt for Produktutvikling og Produksjon. At the same time, they embarked on a PhD journey at NTNU, where they focused on engineering education and identifying effective problem-solving methods. This role continued until January 2019. In 2020, they joined ScoutDI as a Hardware Manager, responsible for managing hardware-related tasks. Subsequently, in July 2022, they were promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer at ScoutDI, where they oversee operational aspects of the company.

Kristoffer Bjørnerud Slåttsveen completed their secondary education at Lillehammer Videregående Skole from 2003 to 2006. Kristoffer Bjørnerud then pursued higher education at NTNU, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Product Development from 2007 to 2015.
