Vilius Kazakauskas

Vilius Kazakauskas has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Vilius currently serves as a Product Manager at ScoutDI, starting in March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Software Developer at ScoutDI from September 2020.

Before joining ScoutDI, Vilius worked at Sticos AS as a Software Developer from June 2017 to September 2020.

Vilius also gained valuable experience at Sportradar AG, where they held various roles. From September 2016 to May 2017, they worked as an IT Project Manager, and from August 2014 to May 2017, they served as a Software Developer, taking on responsibilities such as programming, software maintenance, improving code quality and QA practices, and working as part of larger teams.

Vilius started their professional journey as a part-time Scientific Assistant at NTNU, working on the PRESIOUS project from January 2014 to July 2014, where they specialized in programming (C++) and data analysis.

Vilius also had summer internships at Ship Modelling & Simulation Centre AS in July 2013 and at the Geological Survey of Norway in July 2012.

Vilius Kazakauskas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2007 to 2010. Vilius then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution, which they completed from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Vilius obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2019.
