Michael Fiedel

Michael Fiedel is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the insurance technology sector. As Co-Founder and COO of PolicyFly since April 2018, Michael has played a pivotal role in developing a policy management platform for managing general agents and underwriters. In addition, Michael co-founded Scout InsurTech and InsurTech Ohio, serving as Managing Director for the latter since February 2020. Prior to these ventures, Michael was a Partner and Chief Production Officer at Croscon from April 2010 to January 2020, where oversight of product strategy and development processes was a key responsibility. Michael began professional career as a Senior Account Executive at Zoom Media from January 2007 to March 2010. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Advertising Management from Syracuse University and has participated in Y Combinator.
