Kaitlyn Barclay

Kaitlyn Barclay has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kaitlyn is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Scout Lab, a position they have held since April 2017. In addition, they are an Advisor at JourneyOne Ventures, a Member & Investor at Gaingels, and an Investor at Quinn, starting in 2022.

Previously, Kaitlyn co-founded and organized Many As One, a non-profit organization focused on launching digital first campaigns, starting in March 2020. Kaitlyn also worked as a Brand & Growth Consultant, owning their own business from March 2014 to March 2017.

Earlier in their career, Kaitlyn gained experience in marketing and customer acquisition roles. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Lead at fitmob, a fitness company acquired by ClassPass, and the Marketing Manager at Copious Inc., a social graph marketplace.

Kaitlyn has also served as an Advisor at Voyager HQ, a community-driven coworking space for travel startups, from January 2018 to January 2022.

Kaitlyn Barclay is currently an Executive MBA Candidate at Columbia Business School, studying from 2022 to 2025. Prior to their enrollment at Columbia, they attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Business. Kaitlyn then transferred to Portland State University and successfully completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from 2009 to 2011.
