Jennifer Miller began their career as an Associate at Alston & Bird LLP in 2004 and worked there until 2008. Jennifer then joined Ballard Spahr LLP as an Associate from 2008 to 2010. After that, they worked as a Senior IP Counsel at McKesson from 2010 to 2017. Starting in 2017, they joined Change Healthcare as the Chief IP Counsel until 2023. Currently, Jennifer is employed as the Chief IP Counsel at Scout Motors Inc., starting in May 2023.

Jennifer Miller attended Manatee High School for an unknown period of time, and did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. From 1996 to 2001, they studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they pursued higher education at Duke University School of Law, where they completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree, without specifying a field of study.
