Philip Rowsell

Philip Rowsell is an experienced engineer specializing in vehicle dynamics and chassis testing. Currently serving as a Chassis Testing & Tuning Engineer at Scout Motors Inc. since May 2025, Philip previously held several positions at The International Motors, advancing from Project Engineer to Senior Project Engineer, focused on vehicle dynamics from February 2020 to May 2025. Philip's leadership experience includes serving as President of Wash U Racing, managing a student team in the design and competition of a Formula SAE racecar, alongside roles in budgeting and vehicle systems design. Earlier internships include Vehicle Dynamics Engineering Intern at Navistar Inc. and Operations Intern at Insurance Auto Auctions. Philip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a second major in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
