Ryan Decker

Ryan Decker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ryan currently holds the role of Strategy Director at Scout Motors Inc., a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Volkswagen of America, Inc. as part of the Corporate Strategy team from May 2020 to September 2022. Before joining Volkswagen, they worked at Audi of America, where they held two roles: Electric Vehicle Operations from August 2018 to May 2020, and Strategic Planning and Analytics from September 2015 to August 2018. Ryan's professional journey began at GE Aviation in 2006, where they worked as an Engineering Co-Op for a few months. Ryan then moved on to ExxonMobil, where they served as a Project Manager from July 2008 to December 2013. Ryan continued their career in project management at PSEG, where they worked from December 2013 to September 2015. Ryan Decker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2014.
