Scout Therapy Staffing is a clinician-owned travel therapy staffing agency built by therapists, for therapists. Founded by experienced travel physical therapists, Scout was created to redefine the staffing experience through transparency, higher pay, and genuine support.
We specialize in connecting top-tier Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with high-quality travel opportunities across the United States—while helping healthcare facilities secure reliable, skilled professionals.
At Scout, we believe travel therapy should be more than just a job—it should be an opportunity to grow, explore, and earn more. That’s why we focus on:
• Clinician-first approach — every decision prioritizes the therapist experience
• Higher, transparent compensation — no hidden numbers, no surprises
• Real relationships — not transactions, but long-term partnerships
• Expert-driven recruiting — led by clinicians who understand the field
• Seamless onboarding & support — from first contact to assignment completion
Our mission is simple: to improve the travel therapy experience by putting clinicians first while delivering reliable staffing solutions to healthcare organizations.
With a strong network and a growing presence in the industry, Scout continues to empower therapists to earn more, travel further, and find roles where they truly thrive.
