Tripp Welge is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As co-Founder and CEO of Scout Veterinary Care since December 2021, Tripp focuses on providing accessible urgent care for pets, bridging the gap between primary and specialty veterinary care. In addition, Tripp serves as Managing Partner at Twin Lakes Capital Management and has held key positions at Phenix as COO and CFO, and at Medical Search Technologies as Vice President and Advisor, where the firm utilized proprietary technology to enhance healthcare decision-making. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager at Groupon, Senior Associate at Waud Capital Partners, and Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities and Banc of America Securities. Tripp holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
