Thu Nga Doan (Coco)

Thu Nga Doan (Coco) has a diverse range of work experience. Thu Nga started their career as a Finance and Operation Intern at Hiep Thuan Thanh Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in 2010. Thu Nga then worked as a Human Resources Intern at ANZ before joining PwC Vietnam as an Internal Firm Service Officer from 2011 to 2013.

In 2014, Coco took on intern roles in the Finance Department of Verein für Berliner Stadtmission and the Accounting Department of Frei-Zeit-Haus e.V. Thu Nga later joined Reformationsjubiläum 2017 e.V. as an Accounting Intern and worked their way up to the role of Financial Accountant and CoManager Accounting.

Coco held the position of Freelance Accountant at Reformationsjubiläum 2017 e.V. from June 2019 to February 2021. Thu Nga then moved on to Scoutbee, where they worked as a Financial Accountant from November 2019 to March 2021 and a Senior Accountant from April 2021 to October 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Accounting Team Lead at Scoutbee, where they supervise a team of three members and is responsible for various accounting tasks such as reviewing monthly closing, preparing financial statements, managing audits, and improving process efficiency. Thu Nga also supports treasury tasks and provides financial advice to controlling and FP&A teams.
