Kathleen Nottingham

Kathleen Nottingham is a seasoned professional in public records management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Public Records at ScoutLogic Background Screening since January 2025. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Director of Operations at HireRight from August 1998 to January 2025, after starting as a Manager of Public Records. Earlier in their career, Kathleen worked as a Manager at USIS for a decade from August 1998 to August 2008. Kathleen holds an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the University of Montana, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
