Adelino Dias

Adelino Dias has extensive experience in customer service and team management, currently serving as a Support Associate at BMO Financial Group since November 2020, where responsibilities include assisting clients with banking needs and supporting colleagues. From March 2018, Adelino has been the Group Administrator for the Trinity Troop Rosemont at Scouts Canada, managing registration processes for children and parents and organizing necessary paperwork for group outings. Prior experience includes a roles of Station Supervisor at Porter Airlines Inc. from November 2006 to June 2021, resolving operational issues, and leading Customer Service Representative activities at Famous Players from September 2002 to June 2006. Adelino holds a College Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations from College April Fortier and completed secondary education at Ecole Secondaire Louis-Joseph Papineau.
