Shelley Sprague

Shelley Sprague has extensive experience in customer service and community engagement, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative for the City of Waterloo since September 2017. With a background in various roles at Scouts Canada since 2002, including Youth Leader and Mentor, Shelley has demonstrated a strong commitment to youth development. Previous positions at the City of Waterloo include Community Services Associate and Programmer for Seniors Outing Day Program, focusing on program administration and recreational activities. Shelley's experience also includes serving as a Receptionist at Lanark Heights LTC and planning preschool programs at Doon Pioneer Park Community Centre. A graduate of Conestoga College with High Distinction in Recreation and Leisure Services, Shelley possesses skills in community development, therapeutic recreation, and program planning.
