Benjamin Roussel

Benjamin Roussel is an experienced Solution Manager at Alstom, specializing in control center digital transformation since November 2011. Leading a large team in a pilot program aimed at renewing Alstom's Control Center solutions, Benjamin oversees the transition to cloud infrastructure and microservice architecture, while also implementing an observability stack and adopting open-source solutions. Additionally, Benjamin has managed various product lines, including ETCS Key Management Systems and next-generation interlocking systems, and has significant expertise in system engineering and product development. Prior to Alstom, Benjamin held engineering roles at Safran and participated in internships at BMW M, demonstrating a strong background in electrical and electronic engineering with an engineer's degree from CPE Lyon. Benjamin also engages with the Scouts et Guides de France as a group leader, fostering a supportive environment for youth development in Lyon.
