Currently, Adam serves as a Consulting Specialist at Scouts NSW and a Consultant for Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia, facilitating the execution of strategic projects. Previously, Adam held the position of CEO at Feel the Magic, a charity focused on grief education for children, and worked as Chief Operating Officer for Civic Disability Services Limited. Adam's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Ronald McDonald House Charities and Camp Quality, along with a solid foundation in risk management and organizational development from time spent at YMCA of Sydney. Adam's academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Southern Cross University and various diplomas in human resources and occupational health and safety.

Scouts NSW provides young Australians aged 5 to 25 with fun and challenging opportunities to grow through adventure. With over 18,000 youth and adult members from various cultural and religious backgrounds and with varying abilities, Scouts is one of the largest and most successful youth organisations in New South Wales. Today’s Scouts can take part in an extraordinary variety of outdoor activities, from ‘traditional Scouting skills’ such as camping and bush craft, through to more extreme challenges such as abseiling, overnight hiking, rafting, canoeing, canyoning, snow activities, rock climbing, sailing and even flying! Scouts can also become involved in performing arts, leadership development, community service, amateur radio operation, environmental projects, large-scale Australian events such as Cuborees, Jamborees and Ventures, international events, and service projects in developing countries. At Scouts NSW, we put the needs of young people first. Our youth led, adult supported approach ensures our youth members are always at the forefront of our program and gives them the platform to take a constructive place in society as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.
