With a diverse background that includes roles such as Senior Talent Management Consultant at Right Management and Non-Executive Director for Scouts NSW, Renee boasts extensive experience in talent management, people planning, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to these positions, Renee held various leadership roles at icare NSW and NSW Treasury, focusing on HR operations, change management, and strategic workforce planning. Renee's educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching from ACAP University College and various certifications in leadership and mental health.

Scouts NSW provides young Australians aged 5 to 25 with fun and challenging opportunities to grow through adventure. With over 18,000 youth and adult members from various cultural and religious backgrounds and with varying abilities, Scouts is one of the largest and most successful youth organisations in New South Wales. Today’s Scouts can take part in an extraordinary variety of outdoor activities, from ‘traditional Scouting skills’ such as camping and bush craft, through to more extreme challenges such as abseiling, overnight hiking, rafting, canoeing, canyoning, snow activities, rock climbing, sailing and even flying! Scouts can also become involved in performing arts, leadership development, community service, amateur radio operation, environmental projects, large-scale Australian events such as Cuborees, Jamborees and Ventures, international events, and service projects in developing countries. At Scouts NSW, we put the needs of young people first. Our youth led, adult supported approach ensures our youth members are always at the forefront of our program and gives them the platform to take a constructive place in society as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.
