Chris Nicholson

He was elected onto the Board of Scouts Scotland in 2017.

He has been fortunate to have been involved with Scouting from a young age, starting with Beavers all the way through to the then Venture Scouts (gaining his Chief Scout’s Award) and then as an Assistant Cub Scout Leader. He is very excited about being able to give something back to a Movement that has given him so much.

Professionally, he is a solicitor and civil servant working for the Scottish Government. His role on the board will principally relate to legal compliance and good governance.
