Kate Koplan

Kate Koplan serves as the Executive Vice President and Clinical Quality Officer at SCP Health, focusing on quality improvement and physician leadership since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Chief Quality Officer and Associate Medical Director for the Georgia Region at Kaiser Permanente from January 2014 to November 2024, where leadership led to the organization achieving NCQA Top 20 and Medicare 5 Stars. Experience includes serving as Director of Medical Management at Atrius Health and Harvard Vanguard from September 2007 to November 2013, overseeing strategic clinical initiatives and advancing a Value-Based Program. Additionally, Kate has contributed to the Massachusetts Health Quality Partners as a member of the Physician Council and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health from Emory University.
