Paul Jordan

Paul Jordan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Revenue Assurance at SCP Health since February 2013. In this role, Paul has created and implemented the No Surprises Act Independent Dispute Resolution process and automated the workflow to enhance submissions and potential recoveries. Previously, as a Revenue Assurance Manager at SCP Health, responsibilities included supervising the Reimbursement Variance and Revenue Recovery departments, overseeing 8 million claims annually, and establishing the Independent Dispute Resolution team to increase net revenue. Earlier career experience includes serving as Business Manager at Therapy Center of Acadiana, where Paul managed client registrations and insurance negotiations, and as a team member for Governor Bobby Jindal's re-election campaign, where demographic research and mapping were key tasks. Paul also has managerial experience from Brightside Bar and Grill, enhancing sales and operational efficiency. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Communication, Media Studies, and Sociology from Louisiana State University.
