Tracy Chastain

Tracy Chastain is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at SCP Health since September 2021, Tracy oversees multiple HR areas including employee relations, talent acquisition, and compensation for a healthcare solutions company that supports over 8 million patients. Prior to this role, Tracy operated an independent consulting firm, providing strategic HR consulting services. Tracy's experience at McKesson, spanning over a decade, includes senior leadership positions with responsibilities for large-scale organizational design and strategic HR leadership for significant business units. Tracy began a career in human resources at BellSouth, coordinating labor relations efforts.
