Ryan Welty

Ryan Welty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and sales within the outdoor and refrigeration industries. Currently serving as President of South-Town Refrigeration & Mechanical since November 2011, Ryan also holds a Sales position at SCR Inc. (St Cloud Refrigeration) since December 2017. Previous roles include Sales Associate/Ski Technician at Midwest Mountaineering, Lead Instructor at Outward Bound, Logistics Coordinator at Montana Yellowstone Expeditions, and Office Manager at Outdoor Safety Institute, LLC. Additionally, Ryan has coaching experience as an Assistant Girl's Soccer Coach at Belgrade High School and has worked as a Guide for Les. Voyageurs Inc., leading wilderness expeditions. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Outdoor Management from Saint John's University in 2008.
