Retrouvailles Manishimwe

Retrouvailles Manishimwe is a Community Moderator at Scratch Foundation, where they monitor and manage user interactions on Scratch to ensure adherence to community guidelines and online safety. They also served as an Operational Efficiency, L&D Analytics Intern at Ericsson, developing analytic reporting and data modeling to drive informed decision-making and optimize workflow for local operational teams. Additionally, they interned at the Executive Office of the President in the Office of Management and Budget, Budget Systems Branch, where they facilitated meetings, developed documentation for data migration, and devised guidelines for efficient data migration. Retrouvailles is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
