Daniel Burns

Daniel Burns, JD, MBA, CPA, is an experienced entrepreneur, lawyer, accountant, and independent director, with a strong background in retail banking and capital markets. They hold a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, an MBA from the University of St.Gallen and the Rotman School of Management, and a BA in Economics from Western University. Throughout their career, Daniel has chaired significant organizations and successfully led various TSX companies through major financial restructuring. Currently, they chair the Board and Special Committee for a TSX AgTech company, while also serving as CEO of NDC Solutions Inc. and holding multiple director positions across various sectors.
