Amy Laue

Amy Laue is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Screen Engine/ASI since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing HR operations, strategic planning, employee relations, and executive-level functions. Prior to this role, Amy has held multiple positions at Taproot Foundation, including Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director, and has provided pro bono HR consulting. Amy also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Z Gallerie, overseeing HR operations for over 50 locations, and held management roles at Macy's, where responsibilities included recruitment and compliance. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Resources from the University of Arizona.
