Nuno Saldanha

Nuno Saldanha is the co-founder and head of product at Screenloop. Prior to that, they worked as a principal product manager at Talkdesk from May 2016 to August 2021. Before that, they were a project manager at Microsoft from June 2011 to May 2016.

Nuno has experience in product management, project management, backlog organization and prioritization, sprint and roadmap planning, data analysis, requirements gathering, agile and scrum practices, dependency management, cross-team and cross-company communication, release management, and early access programs management. Nuno has also brainstormed and written EU-funded research proposals, managed and coordinated collaborative IT projects with other institutions and partners, conducted survey and analysis of user and functional requirements, performed software debugging and bug prioritization in alignment with the technical team, created usability testing protocols and evaluated usability tests/pilot studies with real users, and coordinated dissemination and business exploitation activities.

Nuno Saldanha has a Master's degree in Pregnancy and Parenthood Psychology from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada. Nuno also has a Licentiate degree in Clinical Psychology from the same school.
