Derrick Hom has four years of work experience. Derrick began their career in 2011 as an Account Manager for YOGI CHUGH, STATE FARM INSURANCE AGENT, where they had an excellent understanding of various premiums, coverage limits, and deductibles and was able to upsell products to existing book of business and achieve a high renewal rate of policies. In 2013, they moved to ServiceRocket as an Account Manager, where they managed 150 accounts of Partner license resale and cross-sold add-ons to increase product adoption and renewal rates, attaining two of two key performance indexes (KPIs). In 2017, they became an Enterprise Account Manager at Gliffy. Finally, in 2018, they became an Account Manager at ScreenMeet.
Derrick Hom attended San Jose State University, where they earned a B.A. in Social Science with a Preparation for Teaching emphasis.
