Landis Stokes is a seasoned video journalist and filmmaker with extensive experience in various roles including camera operator, technical director, and director of photography. Currently serving as a Video Journalist and Technical Director at LA CityView, Channel 35 since October 2018, Landis has contributed to numerous local government and community assignments. As the founder of Landis Stokes Productions, expertise in documentary, corporate, and scripted production has been established since 2003. Additional roles include work as a camera operator for major events and festivals, including projects with Screenworks NEP and Corporate Streams, and previous positions at the City of Santa Monica and Impact Communications. Landis holds a BFA in Filmmaking from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and has a background in fine arts from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.

Founded in 1989, we got our start creating the display solution for Madonna’s Blond Ambition tour. From the very beginning, we have been creating displays for some of the largest music events and concert tours in the industry. In 1992, we expanded our services to include support of major sporting events, and signed a contract with NASCAR. We took the name Screenworks in 1993 when we launched our first BigMo mobile LED screen truck. Our growth and innovation hasn’t stopped since.
