Jenny Meredith

Jenny Meredith is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience at Screwfix since July 2014, where responsibilities include partnering with the Senior Operations team to create and implement a Talent Plan aligned with business priorities. Key achievements encompass ownership of the Aspiring Leader Talent Programme, aimed at nurturing high-achieving talent for leadership roles. Prior to Screwfix, Jenny held various positions at The Co-operative Group from March 2003 to July 2014, including Training Team Leader, Retail Skills Trainer, and HR Trainer, where leadership of training teams and development of tailored learning solutions were pivotal. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Staffordshire.
