Lauren Evans

Lauren Evans is a Certified Personal Trainer at PT with Lauren since June 2021, while also serving as the Employer Brand & People Communications Manager at Screwfix since September 2015. In the current role, Lauren leads strategies for employer branding, talent attraction, and internal communications with a focus on diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing, and learning. Previous positions at Screwfix include Employer Brand Manager and Corporate Communications Specialist, where Lauren developed a new EVP, implemented targeted media strategies, and created corporate communications content. Earlier career experiences include roles at Brighter Creative as Brand Marketing Coordinator, The Joseph Foote Trust as Event Project Manager, and TOPSHOP TOPMAN as Visual Merchandiser. Lauren holds a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Business & Brand Promotion from Birmingham City University.
