William Lebatteux

William Lebatteux has an extensive background in operations and customer services across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Customer Operations at Screwfix since March 2022, William previously held multiple leadership roles at EDF Energy, including Head of Customer Services and Senior Manager of Customer Experience, from August 2014 onwards. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Operations at KCOM and a decade at JAG Communications as B2B Sales and Operations Manager and Area Manager. William holds a Higher National Diploma in Business/Commerce from the University of Exeter, earned between 2001 and 2003.
