Joyce Wu is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in leading technology teams across multiple organizations, most recently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Scribd, Inc. since June 2025. Previously, Joyce held the role of Engineering Manager at Samsara, overseeing a Web Platform team and spearheading significant projects involving localization and vulnerability management. Joyce's experience includes managing teams at Convoy Inc. and Zillow, where responsibilities encompassed team restructuring, recruitment, and process modernization. As a founder of Cluck, Joyce demonstrated entrepreneurial skills by developing a chrome extension to enhance Craigslist safety. Joyce's technical expertise was cultivated through various roles at Microsoft and Amazon, alongside academic credentials from the University of Michigan, where a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science were obtained with honors.
