Julia Meriel

Julia Meriel is a dedicated Staff User Experience Researcher at Scribd, Inc. since November 2022, with a commitment to making knowledge accessible through innovative products. Julia has held various leadership roles, including Committee Lead for Women+ ERG, where community-building initiatives were emphasized. Previous experience includes significant positions such as Lead Design Researcher at InVision, User Experience Researcher at Prodigy Education, and a User Researcher at North, contributing to foundational and evaluative research that guided product development in emerging technologies. Additionally, Julia demonstrated exceptional leadership as Head Coach for the inaugural Youth Division of the Muslim Women's Summer Basketball League, culminating in a championship victory.
