Danny (Daniel) Nebenzahl

Danny Nebenzahl has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Danny (Daniel) is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CTO of Scribe Security, a company that specializes in end-to-end software supply chain security solutions. Prior to this, Danny worked as a Managing Partner at Resilience Cyber Security starting from 2017.

Danny has a significant tenure in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) where they held various leadership roles. From 2005 to 2017, they served as the Head of the Cyber Security Research Branch, leading a multidisciplinary research team focused on developing cybersecurity resiliency strategies, policies, and methodologies. Danny (Daniel) was also responsible for outsourcing research and development to academic research centers and leading defense and cyber industries. In addition, Danny worked as the CTO at the Cyber Security Unit from 2003 to 2005, conducting research on cybersecurity resiliency and overseeing subcontracting for research and development in this area.

Before their time in the Cyber Security Research Branch, Danny was the Head of the Cyber Security Development Section in the IDF. In this role, they managed the development of hardware, embedded software, and software cybersecurity systems. Danny (Daniel) successfully led product development projects from definition to deployment. Prior to this, Danny worked as a Cryptography System Engineer and Developer, utilizing their expertise in cryptographic systems.

Danny Nebenzahl earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Danny also obtained a certification as a Course Developer from The Linux Foundation in October 2022.
