Sandy K. began their career in 1994 as the Marketing and Growth Manager at ManTech Solutions. In 1997, they joined GSA as a Senior Consultant, then later as a Senior Consultant (Office of Government Wide Policy). In 2002, Sandy K. became the President and CEO of ScribeDoc.Com, Inc., an ISO 9001:2015 certified 8A, EDWOSB Corporation. At ScribeDoc, they provided management and IT consulting services in Application Support, O&M, Data Management and Analytics, Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance, Information Technology, Accessibility Solutions and Program and Acquisition Management to defense and civilian agencies.

Sandy K. studied at Marymount University from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Master of Science in Information Systems. They also have a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from University of Madras in Life Sciences. In 2015, Sandy K. obtained the ITIL Foundation Examination from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
