Erica Chiang

Erica Chiang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy and growth marketing. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at ScribeUp since January 2022, Erica previously worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from June 2021 to April 2022. Prior experience includes a role in Growth Marketing at ClassPass from April 2019 to August 2020 and various positions at J.P. Morgan, including Associate from July 2015 to April 2019 and Summer Analyst in June 2014. Erica holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, specializing in Industrial and Operations Engineering.
